A universal language for what Teens want out of Church is FUN. These values can help incorporate FUN into the ministry.
- REAL (be yourself)
- RELATIONAL (create closeness)
- RELAX (people over objectives)
- RELEVANCE (how and what you do can be use in their day to day situation)
Setting your own Ministry Values
- Getting together with your key leaders, volunteers and students
- Ask them what they think we value
- Agree on these values
